Refund Policy
Misteryboxxxl stands behind its products. If you are nevertheless not satisfied with the article, you can return it without giving a reason. This is possible up to 14 days after receiving your order, taking into account our general terms and conditions. We will then ensure that the purchase amount is back in your account within a maximum of 5 working days (but usually within a day).
Return costs
For returning your package, the costs are at your expense per return shipment.
It is important that the product is unused and complete (i.e. in completely new condition) and in the original packaging.
Before you send an item, always fill out our contact form first. You will then receive instructions for returning an item.
Personalized products
Because personalized products are made especially for you, it is not possible to return them. Are you still not satisfied with the product (for example, did you make a typo)? Then contact customer service. Then we will see together how we can solve this.
Of course, we do offer the same guarantee on personalized products as on our other products. If, for example, a personalized product arrives damaged, please contact us by filling in the contact form . We will then contact you as soon as possible for a solution.
